Health First, Always
Health is the foundation of our breeding program. Our breeding cats receive regular veterinary care, and we prioritize heart screening because Sphynx cats have known HCM concerns. We use echocardiograms and available health-testing tools to make thoughtful breeding decisions, while also being honest that no breeder can promise a kitten will never develop a health issue.
Raised in Our Home
Our kittens are raised in our home, not in an isolated kennel environment. From the beginning, we focus on gentle handling, socialization, routine, and helping each kitten become comfortable with normal household life. We want our kittens to leave confident, loved, and ready to bond with their new families.
Experience Behind the Program
Shadowborn Sphynx is built on more than 30 years of animal care and breeding experience. My background includes animal science/pre-veterinary studies, health-tested breeding programs, careful recordkeeping, and a lifelong interest in evidence-based animal health. I bring that same seriousness, transparency, and commitment to lifelong support into my Sphynx program.
